Welcome to ‘’wonderbody lingerie’’ e-shop.
All our items are meticulously inspected by us during preparation for shipping to you so that they fully meet description and order details. However, you are obliged to check the items received and to inform us immediately max 2 days from the date of receipt in case you notice any description difference, faults or any deviation of what you ordered.
Please contact us at customer service with the issue you are experiencing and visual proof (pictures) of the faulty item (go to attachment and click CHOOSE FILE to send pictures).
After the lapse of 2 days it is considered that the products were received in excellent condition.
Please note that items which are damaged as a result from misuse after received will not be consider faulty.
FAULTY RETURN
The shipping charge for the return of faulty items is borne entirely by us either for exchange/credit or refund.
NON FAULTY RETURN
The shipping charge for the return of non faulty items is borne entirely by you.
Please note that for any return from countries outside of EU (European Union) where custom duties & taxes are involved are not refundable by us. However, you may be able to recover these charges by contacting your local customs bureau or a customs broker.

Any return must be posted no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. First sign into your account and select the order you would like to return under ‘’ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS’’ click ‘’Details’’ select the item provide an explanation and click ‘’REQUEST A RETURN’’. If you are Guest please contact us.
All return items must meet the following criteria for exchange/credit or refund: Be in the same new condition not worn or otherwise as it was described by us and have all tags attached (same as you received them) accompanied by the sales receipts.
Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and examined by us.
Please note, you can choose to receive your refund as a store credit to your account or credited back to where payment was made from.
we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange/credit or refund of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition criteria requirements.
We kindly advise you to return your parcel using a track and trace code. If parcels get lost during transport without having a track and trace code, we are not responsible for a reimbursement.

Hosiery items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
